Thank you for choosing Called Creative Studio. Here are our policies and restrictions you should be aware of:

• Cancellations 48 hours prior to your booked time will receive a full refund. Weekend cancellations and reschedules less than 48 hours before your booked time will result in a $25 fee per hour canceled/rescheduled. Weekday cancellations less than 48 hours prior to your booked time will receive a full refund, minus any credit card fees.

• Your reservation time includes set up and clean up. You must leave the studio by the end of the rental period. 

• You may not sublease the studio to a third party.

• Please respect our neighbors on either side of the studio.

• Boudoir photography is permitted, but explicit sexual activity and nudity are strictly prohibited. 

• All children must be supervised at all times.

• Fireworks, sparklers, candles, and confetti poppers are not allowed.

• Nails, staples, tape, and tacks are prohibited. 3M command stripes and painter's tape may be used.

• No smoking in the studio.

• No illicit drug use is permitted.

• Animals are not allowed without written consent. 

• Food and drinks are allowed, but please clean up after yourself.

• Please turn off the lights and lock the door behind you. 

• If you feel there is damage upon your arrival that we should be aware of, please contact us immediately.

• Do not change out or remove the paper on the studio wall. If you have any issues with it please call Lydia at 803-331-2457. 

• Tenants must clear the room of all people, belongings, trash, and food so the room is available on the hour for the next person. Please book an extra hour if you know the setup and cleanup will take a while. 

• If you need to add more time to your booked rental please email us at hello@calledcreativestudio.com.

• Please return all furniture, props, and equipment to their original location. All trash must be placed in the trash can provided. If you have items that do not fit in the trash please take it with you and do not leave it in the studio.

• The paper rolls are very durable and should last through multiple uses. We charge an additional $25 fee when the paper has to be cut for reasons beyond normal wear and tear. A few footprints or dirt is to be expected from time to time. If you know you’ll be doing a cake smash or using water, bubbles, etc., please bring something to protect the paper from getting ruined, or advise us beforehand so we may cut the paper before the next photographer.

Renters are responsible for any damage to the studio including, but not limited to, spills, scratches, marks, cracks, or stains on furniture, props, floor, or painted surfaces. The space must be left clean and in good condition for the next renter. If the space is not in the same condition when returned, Renter agrees to pay a minimum cleaning fee of $150/hour, plus the cost to repair and replace damaged furnishings and equipment caused by the renter and their group.
